1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of bv99's website or platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is formed at the moment you complete the registration process on bv99, or — if you were already a registered user before this version was published — at the moment you first log in after an update notification has been sent to you.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered through bv99, including the sportsbook, live casino, poker, esports betting, fishing games, and all promotional offers. 2. Eligibility

- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, or automated systems may not register on bv99.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been suspended or banned from bv99 for any reason.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, whether registered on bv99 or not.
bv99 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If a player cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement, their account will be suspended pending verification. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.
bv99 takes underage gaming extremely seriously. Any adult who facilitates access to bv99 by a person under 18 — including sharing login credentials — may have their own account suspended as a result.
3. Account Registration
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bv99 account. Opening more than one account — under any name, combination of personal details, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
3.1 Information Accuracy
When registering on bv99, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. bv99 may require verification of any information provided at any time and may restrict account access until verification is complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv99 login credentials. Never share your password or allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your bv99 account, contact support immediately. bv99 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
3.3 KYC Verification
bv99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit a CNIC, utility bill, or other documents to verify your identity before large withdrawals are processed. This is a standard financial compliance measure and is not specific to any player.
4. Deposits & Payments
bv99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. bv99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges separately.
4.1 Own Funds Only
All deposits made to bv99 must come from a payment account or wallet that belongs to you. Depositing funds from accounts registered under another person's name — including family members — is not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your bv99 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 working hours during normal banking hours. If a deposit is not reflected after the expected window, contact bv99 support with your transaction reference number.
4.3 Currency
All bv99 account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If a payment is received in another currency due to card processing, it will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. bv99 does not apply any currency conversion markup beyond standard processing rates.
Deposits used for gambling cannot be refunded once wagering has commenced. Only unplayed deposits — where the funds have not been used in any bet or game — may be considered for refund at bv99's discretion.
5. Withdrawals
Winnings can be withdrawn to a payment account registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount on bv99 is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions. During periods of high volume or for larger amounts, processing may take up to 4 hours.
5.1 Withdrawal Conditions
To be eligible for withdrawal on bv99, the following conditions must be met:
- Your account identity must be verified (KYC complete for withdrawals above Rs 50,000).
- Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must have been fulfilled.
- The withdrawal must be directed to a payment account in your own name.
- Your account must be in good standing — not suspended, restricted, or under investigation.
5.2 Withdrawal Limits
Standard daily withdrawal limit on bv99 is Rs 500,000 per account. Players who have completed enhanced verification may request higher limits by contacting support. Single withdrawal requests above Rs 100,000 may be subject to manual review before processing.

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
All bv99 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be played through before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each offer.
6.2 Bonus Abuse
bv99 monitors bonus activity across all accounts. Any behaviour designed to exploit bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — constitutes bonus abuse. bv99 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts found engaging in this conduct.
6.3 Bonus Expiry
Unclaimed bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of issue unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bonus balances with active wagering requirements that remain unfulfilled after 30 days will be removed from the account. Only real money balances are unaffected by bonus expiry.
7. Betting Rules
All bets placed on bv99 are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market on the bv99 platform and are considered part of the full Terms.
7.1 Bet Confirmation
A bet is only confirmed when bv99's system generates a confirmation and the bet appears in your transaction history. Network issues on the player's side that prevent confirmation do not constitute a valid bet. bv99's system records are the definitive record of all bets placed.
7.2 Odds and Results
Displayed odds on bv99 are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. bv99 uses official data sources and tournament feeds for result settlement. In the event of a discrepancy, the official result from the governing body or tournament organiser is final. Obvious errors in odds or results — such as clearly incorrect lines due to technical failure — may be voided by bv99 regardless of the apparent outcome.
7.3 Void Bets
A bet may be voided and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; a technical error at bv99 affects the integrity of the bet; official results are never confirmed within a reasonable period; or the bet was placed in error due to an obvious odds mistake on bv99's system.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bv99 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:
- Creating or operating more than one bv99 account.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with bv99's platform or betting markets.
- Colluding with other players on bv99 to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live games.
- Using techniques that exploit technical errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage on bv99.
- Attempting to launder money or use bv99 for any financial transaction unrelated to genuine gaming.
- Accessing bv99 while under the influence of any legal obligation that prohibits online gaming.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing bv99 staff, dealers, or other players through any platform communication channel.
bv99 shares information on confirmed fraud, money laundering, and identity abuse with relevant industry bodies. Players found engaging in prohibited conduct may be reported to appropriate authorities.
9. Account Suspension and Closure
bv99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion if there is reasonable belief that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, or if it is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with applicable law.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bv99 may forfeit the account balance after giving the player an opportunity to respond. In cases where an account is closed for non-breach reasons — such as bv99 deciding to exit a particular market — any unplayed deposit balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account.
Players may also choose to close their bv99 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. This includes requesting self-exclusion under bv99's Responsible Gaming programme, which can be arranged without needing to state a reason.
10. Responsible Gaming
